Working With Us

1. We work transparently and flexibly—depending on scope and needs. Consultations and the drafting of written agreements are billed either hourly under the RVG or as a flat fee.

2. For court hearings, we offer billing under the RVG or on a flat‑fee basis; we generally recommend a flat fee. This keeps costs manageable even when a matter requires time‑intensive legal work, and entrepreneurs know early on what costs to expect. For companies with regular needs, we offer a monthly subscription so we can advise quickly, flexibly, and continuously. On request, we also act as an external legal department for companies.

3. In addition, we provide talks and training for executives, entrepreneurs, and HR groups on employment‑law and corporate‑law topics—bookable on request.
