§ About Aveniris:

Aveniris is a law firm specialised in employment law, based in Frankfurt am Main. Our focus is German employment law — nationwide, across Europe and cross-border. We combine legal precision with a commercial mindset and support employment-law matters from the first assessment through to implementation — in and out of court.

At the centre is advice on all employment-law issues. This includes drafting and reviewing employment and service contracts, pay and termination matters, formal warnings and dismissal, as well as day-to-day workplace issues. We advise on posting and overseas assignments, deployment of staff with a Germany nexus, and collective matters of works constitution and co-determination. We also represent clients in labour-court proceedings and support complex situations such as transfer of business and restructuring. A further focus is employment-law support for start-ups and scale-ups in phases of growth and change.

In addition, we advise on corporate law where business decisions are closely linked to employment-law topics — for example structural change, compliance, or data-protection and digitalisation issues in the workplace context. We also regularly offer employment-law trainings in German and English; dates are announced in good time.

Our aim is advice that is not only legally robust, but also practical and decision-ready: clear in assessment, structured in approach, and geared towards sustainable solutions.

Your contact person is Rechtsanwältin/Attorney (GE) Rejin Sherzad Ahmed, LL.M., a Lawyer admitted in Germany with a focus on Employment and Corporate Law. She studied Law at Johannes-Gutenberg University,in Mainz Germany with a focus on German and European Employment Law and completed her second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz in May 2021. She then worked as In‑house Counsel then later in Commercial Law Firms—both in German and English. Over the course of her career, she has advised numerous clients on employment‑ and corporate‑law matters and represented them successfully both in and out of court. Ms. Sherzad Ahmed supports companies in achieving their goals sustainably and offers a comprehensive service package for Entrepreneurs and Employers. She is regarded as an experienced lawyer who combines determination, strategic thinking, and deep expertise. She earned her LL.M. in 2025 at the University of Münster (JurGrad), writing her thesis on “Is there a duty to record working time in the company?” As an author, she regularly publishes contributions for Beck-Verlag and the journal “Arbeitsrecht-Aktuell”.

Miss Sherzad Ahmed is Aveniris Founder. She stand alongside companies as a modern, digital Law Firm. Aveniris quickly understands business needs and thinks economically and entrepreneurially, with the aim of implementing legal solutions that are practical and strategic. The name Aveniris derives from the French “avenir” (future) and stands for future visions that help companies remain stable, competitive, and successful in the long term.
